Final Episode (Day 8)

After a long seven months, the final episode of Emberfate is now ready for the public! How will your guild perform in your second venture into the Ruins of Refuge? Will your budding romance with your chosen guildie blossom and come to fruition?

Save files from previous episodes should be compatible. Please see the Patch Notes in game on the main menu for more instructions. If you encounter any bugs or issues while playing, please join our Discord server to make a post in the bug support forum channel for the fastest response!

As usual, this update available for download for free, but if you enjoyed it, please consider supporting the game on Patreon, where you can get monthly additional content of the Emberfate cast in the form of short stories, drabbles and doodle art! You can also join the Discord server to chat about the game with other players!

Coming to Steam

Emberfate is coming to Steam as well! Depending on how long it takes to make adjustments for the Steam port and be approved by Steam, the game should be released on Steam sometime at the end of this month or next month.

Upcoming DLC: Developers' Corner Booklet

To help recoup some of the expenses for the project, I'll be releasing a small paid DLC in the form of a developers' corner booklet PDF later this month or in February! If you've ever been curious about the development of Emberfate and want a peek behind the scenes, as well as a few additional drabbles about the cast of characters, keep an eye out for the release of the booklet!

Upcoming DLC: Potato Romance Route

Due to popular request, I've decided to do a small $5 DLC in Q4 2023 that adds a romance route for SelfconsciousPotato!

If you enjoyed Emberfate and want to romance Potato too, please consider sending a donation over on KoFi! For convenience and ease, since it's a small goal, there won't be any rewards or tiers for pledging like a crowdfunding Kickstarter campaign — all donations would be purely donations, and you'd still have to buy the DLC when it releases in the future, but any and all contributions would be wonderful and very very appreciated! 

That should be all I have for announcements this time. Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to all of you for accompanying me on this journey! For now, I'll be focusing on my main otome project, Reanimation Scheme, and I'll return to the world of Emberfate again afterwards in late 2023 to work on Potato's route.
